Emerald X is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and own the recruiting function across events, media, sales, and corporate teams. You will partner with hiring managers, stay hands-on in sourcing and screening, and focus on sales and revenue roles while driving an exceptional candidate experience.
Location: New York, NY onsite. Target compensation: $90,000 to $115,000 per year. The higher end of the range applies to candidates based in New York City who will work from our New York office three days per week.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for key positions and oversee recruiting delivery across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Develop proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent, with a focus on sales and revenue-generating roles
- Manage requisition prioritization, pipeline health, hiring timelines, and offer strategy
- Drive consistency and efficiency across the hiring process while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Use recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and measure performance
- Continuously optimize recruiting workflows, ATS utilization, and reporting capabilities
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders throughout the process
- Train and support hiring managers on structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices
- Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Lead recruiting projects and process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Ensure hiring practices are compliant, equitable, and aligned with inclusion and belonging
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting sales and revenue-generating talent
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and a high volume of open positions
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines in competitive talent markets
- A data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics to improve results
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple hiring priorities
