Job Description

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role centers on recruiting and training for a residential treatment facility serving adolescents. Responsibilities

Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for multiple roles across the facility.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and resume screening to interviews and hiring recommendations.
Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Assess training needs and develop comprehensive programs for new hires and existing staff.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions on safety protocols, adolescent mental health best practices, and crisis intervention.
Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs to support continuous improvement.
Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding forms and training documentation, to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on recruitment and training.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Compassion and understanding of the needs of adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
