Job Description

Providence Real Estate is engaging an Independent Contract Recruiter (1099) to provide full-cycle recruiting support on a project-by-project basis. This is a fully remote role in which the recruiter steps in on an on-call basis when hiring needs increase, managing sourcing through offer signing with limited day-to-day oversight.

You will run recruiting end to end across multiple open positions, keep candidate activity organized in the company’s Applicant Tracking System, and coordinate interviews by aligning schedules and feedback between hiring managers and candidates.

What you’ll do

Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of open roles, including sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, and pipeline tracking.
Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative networking channels.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and streamline the interview process.
Keep clean, updated records and candidate pipelines within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinate interview scheduling and support feedback loops between managers and candidates.

What you bring

Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Ability to ramp up quickly on new roles, teams, and shifting hiring priorities.
Comfort working flexible, intermittent hours tied to the active project pipeline.

Engagement details

1099 independent contractor position, engaged project by project as hiring needs arise.
Fully remote; weekly hours may vary depending on current recruiting volume, with some weeks potentially involving no active projects.
