CCS Service LLC is partnering with Chubby Group to hire a full-time Recruiter to support recruiting across multiple restaurant brands and locations. This hybrid/remote role works with hiring managers, restaurant leadership, and the HR team to build talent pipelines and keep recruiting workflows running efficiently.
The position is based in Rowland Heights, CA and offers a flexible schedule that is not limited to a fixed 9–5, with remote-friendly support including occasional travel. Compensation is $36,000 to $57,600 per year, based on experience and qualifications, and may include additional performance-based bonuses.

- Support hiring needs across multiple restaurant brands and locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, restaurant leadership, and the HR team to strengthen talent pipelines and streamline hiring workflows.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and efficient workflows to meet ongoing recruiting demand.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple positions and competing hiring priorities at the same time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match applicants with appropriate roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking recruiting progress and maintaining reports.
- Strong attention to detail to keep employee and candidate information accurate.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (OPT/H1B sponsorship available).
- Flexible work hours (not a fixed 9–5 schedule) and a remote-friendly approach with occasional travel.
