Job Description

This is a full-time, direct-hire role focused on payroll within a manufacturing environment. The position is onsite in Seven Valleys, PA, near York New Salem, with a pay range of USD 24 to 26 per hour.

Responsibilities

The role centers on managing payroll and supporting human resources operations. Key duties include the following activities:

Process bi-weekly payroll, including timecard review and resolution of discrepancies
Maintain and monitor time and attendance records
Administer employee benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) across HRIS and vendor platforms
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Assist with HR programs including wellness, recognition, and engagement efforts
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and documentation
Provide backup support to HR leadership as needed
Participate in recruiting coordination and other HR administrative duties
