J Rose Logistics is hiring Truck Driver Recruiters to support hiring for commercial carrier needs nationwide. This contract role is designed for 1099 Independent Contractors who want to build a consistent driver pipeline and earn commission for successful placements, with flexibility to run their own schedule while working remotely from Los Angeles, CA.
In this position, you will connect CDL Class A drivers with high-paying driving opportunities by sourcing candidates, screening and progressing them through application and onboarding, and clearly communicating carrier requirements, compensation, and lane details. You will also use recruiting tools and communication channels to maintain an active flow of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Support driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking and transportation industry is a major plus (including CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organization and the discipline to manage remote work independently.
