Job Description

OpusClip is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Mountain View, CA on an onsite contract basis. This is a hands-on recruiting role with a focus on full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design, and there is potential for conversion to full-time depending on performance and business needs.

Working closely with hiring managers and founders, you will help shape recruiting strategy, build pipelines for near-term and future roles, and keep the candidate experience moving smoothly from sourcing through decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand headcount needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods.
Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring process.
Build strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
Proven experience hiring for Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
Comfort working in small, fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly.
A strong sourcing mindset and enjoyment of finding top passive talent.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail, with emphasis on data integrity in the Ashby ATS.
Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders.

Compensation: USD 50–60 per hour
