Job Description

OpusClip is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Mountain View, CA on an onsite contract basis. This is a hands-on recruiting role with a focus on full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design, and there is potential for conversion to full-time depending on performance and business needs.

Working closely with hiring managers and founders, you will help shape recruiting strategy, build pipelines for near-term and future roles, and keep the candidate experience moving smoothly from sourcing through decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and founders to understand headcount needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Build strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing technology companies.
  • Proven experience hiring for Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
  • Comfort working in small, fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly.
  • A strong sourcing mindset and enjoyment of finding top passive talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with emphasis on data integrity in the Ashby ATS.
  • Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders.

  • Experience recruiting Product Marketing or other GTM roles.

Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite)
Compensation: USD 50–60 per hour
