Job Description

Join Apple Valley Foods in Austin, MN as a Human Resources Assistant to support onboarding, recruitment events, employee inquiries, and front-desk duties onsite.

Responsibilities

Welcome new hires and help them settle in.
Conduct orientations and complete onboarding paperwork.
Answer employee questions with professionalism and positivity.
Assist with recruiting, interviews, and hiring events.
Maintain employee files with organized, thorough records.
