Job Description

ABC® Supply Co. Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to support internal recruiting and help the team keep hiring workflows moving. Based in Beloit, WI and working onsite, this role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure managers have the tools and resources needed to connect with top talent and meet hiring needs.

In this position, you will focus on accurate job posting administration and ongoing support for recruiting initiatives, while maintaining organized requisition records within the company’s systems. The role is best suited for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment who can balance detail with responsiveness.

What You’ll Do

Create, review, and post job requisitions accurately to ensure job requirements, qualifications, compensation details, and posting information are complete, compliant, and aligned with organizational hiring needs
Place job advertisements as requested
Collaborate with hiring managers to help ensure requisitions are completed in a timely manner
Maintain job requisitions within the HCM
Support recruiting program development projects
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Two year’s experience in a fast paced office setting is preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and accuracy in work
Experience in recruiting and/or human resources is welcomed but not required
