Job Description

Meadow View Nursing Center is hiring a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to support a care-focused organization in Berlin, PA with an onsite schedule. This role combines HR operations with payroll administration, giving you the chance to help ensure a smooth employee lifecycle-from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing benefits, leave, and compliance reporting. What You’ll Do

This position covers key HR functions in a health care environment. You will manage end-to-end support for hiring and onboarding, including meeting background check requirements for new hires, coordinating orientations, and overseeing benefits and payroll administration.

Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Administer onboarding for new hires, including required background checks
Coordinate orientations and ongoing HR processes
Manage benefits and payroll administration
Handle leave of absence management, including FMLA
Complete Work Comp and OSHA reporting
Support employee relations and engagement programs

What You Bring

Experience working within the senior living environment
2+ years of Human Resources and payroll experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Ability to interact effectively as both a leader and a team member
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a multifaceted role
