Job Description

A dynamic, bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter is needed to lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled electrical trades professionals on-site in Braselton, GA, building a compliant and high-quality talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for electrical trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social media recruiting, HR systems, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Engage in external recruiting activities such as campus recruitment, cold calling, lead generation, and networking events to expand candidate pools.
Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment and labor law, talent management, and HR compliance throughout the hiring process.
Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers and facilitate employment contracts that align with company policies and candidate expectations.

Requirements

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within technical or trades industries, with a preference for high-volume recruitment.
Strong knowledge of technical recruiting for electrical trades roles and familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
Solid understanding of employment law in talent management, HR compliance, employee relations, contracts, evaluations, and onboarding processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while building strong cross-functional relationships.
Experience with cold calling, candidate sourcing research, and leveraging social media marketing to generate leads.
