Bilingual Electrical trades recruiter

A dynamic, bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter is needed to lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled electrical trades professionals on-site in Braselton, GA, building a compliant and high-quality talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for electrical trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging social media recruiting, HR systems, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
• Engage in external recruiting activities such as campus recruitment, cold calling, lead generation, and networking events to expand candidate pools.
• Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment and labor law, talent management, and HR compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers and facilitate employment contracts that align with company policies and candidate expectations.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within technical or trades industries, with a preference for high-volume recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technical recruiting for electrical trades roles and familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
• Solid understanding of employment law in talent management, HR compliance, employee relations, contracts, evaluations, and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with cold calling, candidate sourcing research, and leveraging social media marketing to generate leads.

Compensation

Pay up to USD 90,000 per year.
