The HR Generalist role in Frisco, TX onsite supports hourly HR compliance, audits, files, employee celebrations, recruitment, and training, reporting to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain engagement and performance of hourly team members.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state posting requirements in English and Spanish.
- Deliver training and development for hourly staff, including customer service and relationship-building.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs to recruit hourly staff.
- Lead all employee recognition events (Employee of the Month, Quarter and Year).
- Monitor hourly turnover and analyze trends by department.
- Conduct HR audits to keep employee files accurate and up to date, including active and terminated records.
- Prepare offer letters for hourly employees and manage onboarding.
- Serve as liaison between staff and management.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to managers for hourly staff needs.
- Foster a harmonious work environment across all staff.
- Oversee office supplies and office equipment.
- Ensure snacks and refreshments are available for staff.
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with employees and managers.
- Knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
- Experience recruiting and identifying top talent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- English literacy (reading, writing, speaking).
- Must be mobile enough to perform duties.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Available to address hourly staff concerns.
- Comply with safety policies, participate in safety training, and complete required safety trainings.

The Role
The position reports to the Human Resources Manager with a dotted line to the General Manager. The HR Generalist is responsible for overall management of HR Compliance, HR Audits, HR Files, Employee Celebrations, Job Fairs, Hourly Recruiting, and Training and Development for hourly staff, while also assisting the HR Manager in a support capacity.
