Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general HR activities at the onsite location in Gahanna, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Oversee all general HR functions at the location, ensuring smooth operations across teams.
Manage turnover metrics and implement strategies to improve retention.
Lead recruiting efforts and drive effective hiring processes.
Administer payroll and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Foster positive employee relations and a productive workplace culture.
Monitor and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.
Prioritize safety by coordinating training on company safety policies and reinforcing a culture of safety at the site.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of HR experience; experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
