Job Description

On the Walmart Connect team, this role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. You will run proactive, targeted candidate outreach, manage sourcing pipelines, and use ATS tools to track hiring performance and data quality across systems.

Compensation

Salary: USD 84,000 - 156,000 per year

Role Summary

As a Recruiter - Strategic Sourcer, you develop and execute sourcing plans focused on proactive passive candidate engagement. You will oversee sourcing campaigns and candidate pipelines, monitor hiring metrics through ATS tools, and may contribute to end-to-end hiring by supporting structured interview processes.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.
Maintain consistent candidate communication by providing updates and managing expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
Manage requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and escalate risks to help meet hiring goals.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and internal interview processes.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain data integrity across recruiting systems to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Support internal requisitions as needed from posting to offer accept.

Requirements

Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
Strong knowledge and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Expertise using ATS and CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and candidate tracking.
Demonstrated ability to execute targeted sourcing campaigns and maintain active candidate pipelines.
Effective communication skills for timely updates and candidate experience across hiring stages.
Ability to negotiate offers within compensation guidelines and escalate risks with clear context.
Strong capability to manage structured interview processes and coach interviewers on evaluation techniques.
Commitment to operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience pipelining for sales organizations (highly preferred).
Workday and/or Avature experience (highly preferred).

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area.
