Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting roles to onboarding.
Utilize the Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
Source candidates through diverse channels, including social media and Boolean searches.
Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize career fairs, and engage in community outreach to broaden the talent pool.
Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle.
Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law; HR certification is a plus.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.
