Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from posting roles to onboarding.
• Utilize the Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
• Source candidates through diverse channels, including social media and Boolean searches.
• Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
• Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize career fairs, and engage in community outreach to broaden the talent pool.
• Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle.
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law; HR certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
• Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.
