Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
Use HR talent management software such as Workday to track applicant flow, manage candidate data, and streamline hiring workflows.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies leveraging social media, proactive outreach, and lead generation to attract high-quality candidates.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand staffing needs and promote employer branding initiatives.
Conduct campus recruitment activities and participate in job fairs to attract entry-level talent pools.
Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain adherence to HR standards across recruitment practices.
Manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to source candidates through various channels including social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Experience with HR sourcing techniques such as research, cold calling, and candidate sourcing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively across teams and external partners while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
