Builtech Services, LLC is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen teams by attracting, evaluating, and recruiting top talent. This onsite role in Palatine, IL supports the complete hiring journey, from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding, offer management, and candidate readiness. This full-time opportunity offers a $80,000 to $110,000 per year salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), and a 401(k) plan with company match. Additional support includes a quarterly allowance to spend on company branded clothing, gear, or work boots.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding, for all roles
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industry networks, and employee referrals
- Run initial interviews to assess candidate alignment with core values and company goals
- Coordinate interviews with team members, gather feedback, and move candidates through next steps in a timely manner
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
- Support recruiting presence through career fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
- Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and labor regulations
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Negotiate and extend offers
- Manage pre-employment steps, including drug and background facilitation, new hire paperwork, and scheduling to support an effective onboarding experience
Requirements

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of construction job functions and industry challenges
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
