What you’ll own
This position is located onsite in Prosper, TX and centers on outbound outreach, fast applicant handling, and measurable pipeline ownership through advisor onboarding. The focus is on building a pipeline that results in contracted advisors who reach production.
- Build target lists of licensed advisors, producers, and agents and pursue them through calls, text, email, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, competitor mapping, and public license and registration data.
- Own job board postings and an ATS, respond to applicants same-day, and keep sourcing records and activity clean and current.
- Pitch the contractor opportunity with a sales approach, covering contractor economics, commission structure, book ownership, independence, and the support behind it while handling objections.
- Screen candidates against real production criteria, including licensing and registration status and whether they can operate as independent contractors.
- Run the process end to end, from first cold touch through a signed independent contractor agreement to producing advisor status, including persistent follow-up that you manage.
- Maintain a live pipeline with a defined next step and a date on the calendar for every candidate.
- Test and prune recruiting channels across industry job boards, trade publications, professional associations, social platforms, and referral programs, and discontinue what does not generate contracted advisors.
- Track and report your own metrics, including outreach, conversations, qualified submissions, contracts signed, and advisors reaching production.
- Keep sourcing, screening, and selection consistent with company policy and applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain opportunity ads, role criteria, and recruiting messaging in partnership with your manager.

Apply only if your experience matches: This is not an HR job. You will not support HR departments, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance filing for staff, or office management. Recruiting here aligns more closely with commission sales than corporate talent acquisition, and the advisors and producers you contract run their own books and schedules as 1099 independent contractors, not employees.
Compensation range: USD 45,000 - 65,000 per year.
