Job Description

Amramp is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and office management tasks in a hybrid work setting in Randolph, Massachusetts.

Job Details

Location: Randolph, MA (hybrid)
Salary: USD 32,000 - 35,000 per year
Employment Type: Part time
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Administer employee benefits, leave programs including PFLMA, unemployment claims, and 401(k) in partnership with a TPA and brokers
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data
Support performance management and recognition initiatives
Participate in disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, coordinating with leadership and external counsel as needed
Coordinate and track mandatory trainings, certifications, and professional development
Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries, policy clarification, and HR support
Manage HR-related administrative tasks for finance and leadership teams
Collaborate with brokers, the TPA, and external legal counsel as required
Review and update the employee handbook in line with Massachusetts labor laws
Coordinate daily office operations to maintain an organized workplace
Manage vendor relationships and supply inventory
Support internal event planning and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with administrative projects and leadership requests
May assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism and integrity
