Job Description
Amramp is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and office management tasks in a hybrid work setting in Randolph, Massachusetts.

- Salary: USD 32,000 - 35,000 per year
- Employment Type: Part time

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs including PFLMA, unemployment claims, and 401(k) in partnership with a TPA and brokers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data
- Support performance management and recognition initiatives
- Participate in disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, coordinating with leadership and external counsel as needed
- Coordinate and track mandatory trainings, certifications, and professional development
- Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries, policy clarification, and HR support
- Manage HR-related administrative tasks for finance and leadership teams
- Collaborate with brokers, the TPA, and external legal counsel as required
- Review and update the employee handbook in line with Massachusetts labor laws
- Coordinate daily office operations to maintain an organized workplace
- Manage vendor relationships and supply inventory
- Support internal event planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative projects and leadership requests
- May assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
- SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism and integrity
