Job Description

Amramp is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and office management tasks in a hybrid work setting in Randolph, Massachusetts.

Job Details

  • Location: Randolph, MA (hybrid)
  • Salary: USD 32,000 - 35,000 per year
  • Employment Type: Part time
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs including PFLMA, unemployment claims, and 401(k) in partnership with a TPA and brokers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data
  • Support performance management and recognition initiatives
  • Participate in disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, coordinating with leadership and external counsel as needed
  • Coordinate and track mandatory trainings, certifications, and professional development
  • Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries, policy clarification, and HR support
  • Manage HR-related administrative tasks for finance and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with brokers, the TPA, and external legal counsel as required
  • Review and update the employee handbook in line with Massachusetts labor laws
  • Coordinate daily office operations to maintain an organized workplace
  • Manage vendor relationships and supply inventory
  • Support internal event planning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with administrative projects and leadership requests
  • May assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism and integrity
