Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across New York and New Jersey.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, trade schools, workforce development programs, and networking events.
- Visit local communities, churches, Spanish-speaking organizations, community centers, and educational institutions to identify talent.
- Develop relationships with community leaders and referral sources.
- Promote job opportunities through social media, community outreach, referrals, and grassroots recruiting efforts.
- Conduct candidate interviews both virtually and in person.
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruiting systems.
