Job Description

Tighe Logistics Group is hiring a Part-time Recruiter to support talent acquisition at its Woburn, MA location. This onsite role is designed for someone who can help keep the hiring process moving while maintaining a strong candidate experience through every touchpoint.

You will work approximately 20 to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, partnering closely with hiring managers and managing day-to-day recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and recordkeeping through Indeed.

Role Overview

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source qualified candidates through Indeed
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate records through Indeed
Assist with creating and posting job advertisements
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates

Requirements

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
