Job Description

Join Apple Valley Foods in Austin, MN as a Human Resources Assistant to support onboarding, recruitment events, employee inquiries, and front-desk duties onsite.

Responsibilities

Welcome new hires and help them settle in.
Conduct orientations and complete onboarding paperwork.
Answer employee questions with professionalism and positivity.
Assist with recruiting, interviews, and hiring events.
Maintain employee files with organized, thorough records.
Assist with lockers, uniforms, and various HR requests.
Provide support at the front reception desk when needed.
Handle scanning, filing, emailing, copying, and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
