Job Description

Based onsite in Plano, TX, this mid-level full-cycle recruiter supports end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America, partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to attract top talent; compensation is USD 60–64 per hour.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for strategic mid- to senior-level roles across Samsung Electronics America business units.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates using standardized templates, behavior-based questioning, and assessments.
Present vetted candidates to management through a standardized process and escalate sourcing challenges when needed.
Apply diversity-focused sourcing strategies to reach diverse populations and actively advocate for inclusive recruitment.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to craft competitive offers using tools, benefits data, and compensation information.
Move candidates through stages in Workday, address routine concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Create action plans to accelerate aging requisitions and provide timely progress updates to management.
Collaborate with Function Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to align on goals and shared success.
Promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across business units to boost talent acquisition productivity.
Work closely with Recruiting Operations, Legal, and Total Rewards to ensure risk management and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of relevant recruiting experience required
Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent via LinkedIn and attract passive candidates
Experience using recruiting tools such as ATS, CRM, and referrals
Track record of partnering with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs
Strong problem-solving skills and deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition function
Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries and build partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
