Job Description

Join a collaborative real estate team in Buford, GA with a hybrid work arrangement. At Virtual Properties Realty and UC Premier Properties, you will contribute to recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, CRM upkeep, and light marketing to fuel agent growth. Expect a competitive base salary in the range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a culture centered on professional development and agent success.

Responsibilities

Actively attract both experienced and aspiring real estate agents to VPR and UC Premier Properties
Lead in-person and virtual recruiting consultations with prospective agents
Develop and nurture relationships with agents, brokers, and industry professionals
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to promote agent satisfaction and retention
Maintain detailed records and workflows within our CRM
Assist with internal communications, agent recognition, and marketing campaigns
Represent the brand at networking events, training sessions, and team meetings
Travel to the Buford office at least once per week and to nearby offices as needed

Requirements

Active Georgia Real Estate License required (Broker license preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales, recruiting, or brokerage operations
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRMs and basic marketing platforms
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Professional, positive, and personable demeanor
Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Buford, GA and have reliable transportation
