Technical Recruiter I position in Wilmington, NC onsite focused on nuclear industry technical roles.

Responsibilities

Design and iteratively refine recruitment strategies aligned with the technical and operational needs of a large nuclear contract labor organization.

Represent the organization at recruiting events, networking functions, and industry forums to raise market presence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in military recruitment, with a proven track record of moving candidate engagement to selection for technical or industrial roles; nuclear industry experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends in technical or industrial sectors.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with HR platforms such as ADP.
Experience with job recruiting platforms including Indeed and LinkedIn, plus others as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dynamics.
Ability to work onsite full-time.
Willingness to travel up to 30% within the United States for recruiting events and industry activities.
