Job Description

The Agent Recruiter will support AARE’s nationwide growth by engaging licensed real estate professionals through structured, one-on-one Zoom recruiting. This part-time, flexible remote role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, including contract and compensation negotiation, with clear performance targets.

Role Overview

AARE is actively recruiting real estate agents nationwide to build a strong team across commercial and residential markets. The Agent Recruiter will conduct discovery and recruiting meetings, communicate AARE’s value proposition and support structure, and manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through contract and compensation discussions.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct discovery and recruiting meetings (typically 30 to 60 minutes via Zoom) with licensed real estate professionals including commercial and residential agents, brokers, property managers, MLOs, business brokers, and investment managers.
Clearly communicate AARE’s value proposition, support structure, and commission models during meetings.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of outreach and meeting outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to help shape recruiting initiatives and track conversion metrics.
Represent AARE’s culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Host one-on-one Zoom meetings with prospective agents, present AARE’s model and value, and handle contract and compensation negotiation as part of full-cycle recruiting.

Performance Goals

The primary goal is to recruit 4 actively producing agents each month (one per week), bringing top talent to AARE’s nationwide company.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in recruiting real estate professionals (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort leading conversations on Zoom.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs and online scheduling tools.
Real estate license preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: USD 35 per hour.
Potential earnings: Opportunity to earn $120,000+ annually based on results.
Compensation plans (choose based on preference and experience): (1) Hourly plus bonus, (2) flat monthly base plus bonus, or (3) contract recruiting commissions.
Residual compensation: Ongoing residual compensation is paid for each producing agent successfully hired.
Ongoing bonuses: Bonus amounts depend on the hire’s ongoing production performance.
Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours; typically 10 to 30 hours per week.
Employment type: Part-time, 1099 contract, with potential for full-time work based on performance after a trial period.
Work setup: Remote.
