Drive performance-focused recruitment marketing campaigns for assigned business areas in an onsite Denver role (contract through Dec 2026).
Responsibilities
- Independently run end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, managing intake, approvals, timelines, cross-functional workflows, coordination, billing, and vendor partnerships with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Plan, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Create and manage campaign assets using employer brand templates, including landing page management, event promotion, and sponsored job management.
- Use tools and measurement approaches (including UTM parameters and attribution tools) to assess performance and improve campaign results.
- Monitor key metrics and trends, build dashboards and reports (including Visier) and produce executive-ready summaries.
- Turn findings into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, ROI, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns remain on-brand, scalable, and effective.
- Facilitate meetings, set expectations, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen recruitment marketing strategy using systems thinking to identify patterns and trends, implement scalable best practices, and stay current on industry trends in recruitment marketing, media, and employer branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent marketing, or related project management roles.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel, performance-driven campaigns involving paid media, job boards, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to guide internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition leaders on recruitment marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and how marketing activities influence hiring outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with campaign deployment tools such as Phenom, paid media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and asset creation tools (such as Canva Pro).
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Healthcare recruitment or high-volume hiring experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (including Workday), UTM tracking, and source attribution.
- Demonstrates resilience, initiative, and strong judgment while working autonomously in a collaborative environment.

Compensation by state examples: New York Exempt ranges include $66,300/year for New York City and Long Island and $62,353.20/year for remainder of New York state. New York Non-exempt examples include $17.00/hour for NYC and Long Island and $16.00/hour for remainder of New York state. Washington Exempt example is $80,168.40/year. Washington Non-exempt examples include $19.13/hour for Bellingham through $21.71/hour for Burien, with $17.13/hour for remainder of Washington state.
