Job Description

On-site, high-volume recruiter supporting 24/7 casino and resort operations; responsible for full-cycle recruiting using an ATS in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Executing full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant review, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely non-selection communication
Independently managing numerous active requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
Maintaining accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals
Partnering with hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance
Serving as a primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person

Requirements

College degree, from an accredited college or university, in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, including independent responsibility for full-cycle recruiting. An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience may be considered.
Demonstrated experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS experience strongly preferred
Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting workflows
Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
Ability to work on-site in Airway Heights, WA, and support a 24/7 operation
