Job Description

This onsite Staffing Recruiter role at SkySource Solutions Inc. is based in Berea, OH and focuses on high-volume recruitment across Accounting, IT/Engineering, Office, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial roles.

Responsibilities

Lead high‑volume recruitment across accounting, office, IT and engineering, skilled trades, and light industrial positions
Source candidates via calls, texts, job boards, and digital outreach
Oversee a large pipeline of candidates and multiple open requisitions
Facilitate candidate progress from screening through onboarding to placement
Collaborate with clients to meet urgent hiring needs efficiently
Cultivate relationships with candidates and guide them through interviews and offers

Requirements

Strong work ethic and self‑driven to succeed
Able to dedicate a significant portion of the day to phone activity, averaging 60–70+ calls per day
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business systems
Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
Ability to commute to: Berea, OH 44017 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Berea, OH 44017 prior to starting (Required)
Education: Bachelor's degree (Required)
