Job Description

The People Development Coordinator supports employees across the full employment lifecycle, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding, training and professional development coordination, and day-to-day HR support. Based in Broken Bow, NE, this onsite role partners with department leaders and serves as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruiting activities to attract qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
Assist employees with benefit programs, including enrollment support and benefit-related questions
Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment
Coordinate training, education, and professional development opportunities
Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
Maintain employee records and help ensure HR compliance standards are met
Provide guidance as a trusted point of contact for team member concerns and questions
Support retention efforts and recognition programs
Champion the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
