People Development Coordinator
Job Description
The People Development Coordinator supports employees across the full employment lifecycle, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding, training and professional development coordination, and day-to-day HR support. Based in Broken Bow, NE, this onsite role partners with department leaders and serves as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting activities to attract qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
- Assist employees with benefit programs, including enrollment support and benefit-related questions
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment
- Coordinate training, education, and professional development opportunities
- Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
- Maintain employee records and help ensure HR compliance standards are met
- Provide guidance as a trusted point of contact for team member concerns and questions
- Support retention efforts and recognition programs
- Champion the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
