Job Description

This onsite Human Resources Coordinator role supports hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations for Hometown Health System in Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining compliance with FQHC, HRSA, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Kentucky healthcare regulations and standards.
Support patient-centered care initiatives focused on underserved and vulnerable populations.
Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
Support internal communications and employee engagement programs.
Coordinate trainings, certifications, and credential tracking.
Assist leadership with staffing planning and workforce development initiatives.
Support policy rollout and adherence to workplace procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
Support the mission, compliance standards, and values of Hometown Health System.

Requirements

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Capacity to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance standards.
Experience with payroll systems, HR software, and office productivity tools preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Pay

Hourly rate: $23.73 to $28.58.
