Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
This onsite Human Resources Coordinator role supports hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations for Hometown Health System in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with FQHC, HRSA, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Kentucky healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support patient-centered care initiatives focused on underserved and vulnerable populations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate trainings, certifications, and credential tracking.
- Assist leadership with staffing planning and workforce development initiatives.
- Support policy rollout and adherence to workplace procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
- Support the mission, compliance standards, and values of Hometown Health System.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance standards.
- Experience with payroll systems, HR software, and office productivity tools preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay
Hourly rate: $23.73 to $28.58.
