Job Description

This onsite Human Resources Coordinator role supports hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations for Hometown Health System in Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with FQHC, HRSA, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Kentucky healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Support patient-centered care initiatives focused on underserved and vulnerable populations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate trainings, certifications, and credential tracking.
  • Assist leadership with staffing planning and workforce development initiatives.
  • Support policy rollout and adherence to workplace procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the mission, compliance standards, and values of Hometown Health System.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience with payroll systems, HR software, and office productivity tools preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday

  • Ability to travel occasionally between office or clinic locations as needed

Pay

Hourly rate: $23.73 to $28.58.
