Job Description

Coral Springs based recruiting role focused on sourcing licensed real estate professionals across South Florida and building long-term agent relationships.

Responsibilities

Recruit licensed real estate professionals throughout South Florida
Build long-term relationships with prospective agents via networking, phone calls, referrals, social media, events, and office tours
Conduct interviews and career consultations
Create and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline using the company CRM
Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, and brokerage presentations
Partner with leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives
Support efforts to strengthen the culture behind the organization’s success for over four decades

Requirements

Experienced recruiter
Comfortable with networking and outbound calls
Organized and highly motivated
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently
Professional and relationship-driven
Bilingual (English & Spanish REQUIRED)
