Coral Springs based recruiting role focused on sourcing licensed real estate professionals across South Florida and building long-term agent relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit licensed real estate professionals throughout South Florida
• Build long-term relationships with prospective agents via networking, phone calls, referrals, social media, events, and office tours
• Conduct interviews and career consultations
• Create and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline using the company CRM
• Coordinate recruiting events, networking opportunities, and brokerage presentations
• Partner with leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives
• Support efforts to strengthen the culture behind the organization’s success for over four decades

Requirements

• Experienced recruiter
• Comfortable with networking and outbound calls
• Organized and highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Professional and relationship-driven
• Bilingual (English & Spanish REQUIRED)
