Job Description

Wire3 is seeking an HR Recruiter to support day-to-day HR and recruiting operations in Daytona Beach, FL in an onsite capacity. This role helps keep hiring and employee lifecycle processes running smoothly by coordinating recruiting activities, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining HR operational documentation.

Role overview

The HR Recruiter will assist HR and Recruiting with operational and administrative tasks. The position focuses on supporting recruitment, coordinating onboarding and off-boarding, and maintaining efficient HR operations through accurate documentation and process support.

Responsibilities

Support the recruiting team by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including collecting required documents, setting up internal systems, and preparing and administering new hire orientations.
Handle off-boarding tasks, including gathering necessary documentation and helping ensure a smooth offboarding process.
Create and maintain process maps, procedures, workflows, and other operational documentation.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with an HRIS system and recruitment tools is highly preferred.
Problem-solving and data analysis skills to track metrics and improve processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data.
Strong attention to detail.
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desired.

Education and experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in HR recruiting or related HR support experience.
Minimum experience level: 1 year.
