Job Description

Eden Senior Care seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations at Evansville Manor, onsite in Evansville, WI, with a salary range of USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Design and execute human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing grievances and related concerns
Direct the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Build and retain talent to meet current and future business needs
Oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment
Administer performance management processes that drive high performance
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs
Assess training needs and manage development programs
Deliver HR metrics and decision support to organizational leaders
Ensure compliance with applicable laws across all HR functions

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role
People-centered approach with a results-driven mindset
Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making
Proficiency with HR systems and databases
Strategic thinking paired with proven leadership abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
