Human Resource Director

Eden Senior Care seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations at Evansville Manor, onsite in Evansville, WI, with a salary range of USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing grievances and related concerns
• Direct the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Build and retain talent to meet current and future business needs
• Oversee HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment
• Administer performance management processes that drive high performance
• Manage compensation structures and benefits programs
• Assess training needs and manage development programs
• Deliver HR metrics and decision support to organizational leaders
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws across all HR functions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role
• People-centered approach with a results-driven mindset
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with HR systems and databases
• Strategic thinking paired with proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
• Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
