Job Description

Onsite Human Resources Generalist role in Keene, NH with a salary range of USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, advising on employee relations, workforce planning, and team engagement.
Serve as a reliable, unbiased resource for employees on policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Investigate and help resolve workplace concerns and disputes through effective problem solving and clear communication.
Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a positive culture by organizing programs, collecting feedback, and partnering with leadership to boost morale and retention.
Collaborate with the Safety team to advance safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with policies and fostering a culture of compliance.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR changes.
Interpret and enforce policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
Maintain compliance of HR practices and records with federal, state, and local laws including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
Support internal investigations and document related employee relations matters.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Document employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, and HR decisions promptly and in accordance with policy and legal standards.
Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fulfill staffing requirements.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems.
Assist on HR projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with other HR generalists and team members.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.
Proven ability to build trust and effectively partner with leadership.
Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
SHRM-CP or an equivalent certification is a plus.
