Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing the applicant tracking system
Coordinate and conduct interviews with other managers
Execute pre-employment tasks and onboarding steps to set new hires up for success
Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Support performance management by organizing evaluations and monitoring progress
Administer benefits and maintain records using the ADP payroll system
Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and encouraging clear cross-team communication
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements
Lead HR data collection and analysis to inform workforce planning and organizational design
Oversee payroll operations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required)
