Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with other managers
- Execute pre-employment tasks and onboarding steps to set new hires up for success
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Support performance management by organizing evaluations and monitoring progress
- Administer benefits and maintain records using the ADP payroll system
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and encouraging clear cross-team communication
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements
- Lead HR data collection and analysis to inform workforce planning and organizational design
- Oversee payroll operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required)
