Responsibilities

  • Oversee talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with other managers
  • Execute pre-employment tasks and onboarding steps to set new hires up for success
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Support performance management by organizing evaluations and monitoring progress
  • Administer benefits and maintain records using the ADP payroll system
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and encouraging clear cross-team communication
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements
  • Lead HR data collection and analysis to inform workforce planning and organizational design
  • Oversee payroll operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required)
