Job Description

Forward Bank is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Marshfield, WI (onsite) to support day-to-day people operations. In this role, you will help create a smooth, well-organized onboarding experience, keep HR records accurate, and support training administration through the Learning Management System. If you enjoy administrative work that directly impacts employees, this position offers a hands-on way to contribute to a dependable HR function.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including developing onboarding schedules, preparing materials, coordinating calendars, and communicating orientation plans.
Provide administrative support to the HR team by assisting employees with routine HR questions, generating and maintaining departmental reports, and supporting required recordkeeping.
Coordinate company apparel and service anniversary programs as part of employee engagement operations.
Support Training and Development by monitoring Learning Management System course completions and generating reports as needed.
Maintain HR-related content on the company intranet to support consistent internal communication.
Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education: Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience; plus one to two years in a professional office environment.
Experience in an HR administrative support role is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
