Job Description

In this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will support hiring for Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company - Human Resources from a fast-paced Methuen, MA onsite setting. The position focuses on full-cycle recruiting and coordinating key steps in the hiring journey, with additional involvement in job postings, onboarding support, and community recruiting events.

You’ll help manage the end-to-end process, including sourcing, offer management, and coordination of background checks, while also contributing to HR administrative tasks. There is also a dedicated emphasis on assisting with visa-related recruiting coordination for J1 and H2b programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and coordinating hiring activities.
Draft, manage, and handle offers as part of the recruiting workflow.
Create and support job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate background checks, scheduling, and related steps to keep recruiting moving.
Support new hire onboarding by assisting with orientation.
Perform light HR admin work to support smooth HR operations.
Coordinate aspects of J1 and H2b visa programs to help bring international talent into the organization.
Assist at job fairs to support talent acquisition efforts and candidate outreach.

Requirements

1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (e.g., Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Experience working with written and verbal communication in recruiting and HR coordination.
Comfort with drafting job descriptions and contributing to offer-related communication.
Ability to turn paperwork into accurate, well-managed documentation.
Interest in recruiting and HR work, with a willingness to dive into the day-to-day responsibilities.
International recruiting and visa program experience is a plus.
A strong focus on people and a drive to support a positive candidate experience.

Compensation & Location

Location: Methuen, MA (onsite)
Salary: USD 55,000 - 70,000 per year
