This role oversees end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting technology, and talent strategy, including the integration of newly acquired groups. This leader will manage full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting technology, and talent strategy to attract top talent. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with solid business sense, data-informed decision making, and a history of delivering high-performing teams. This role also drives integration efforts for newly acquired groups.

Compensation
USD 90,000 – 140,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
- Create scalable recruiting processes that improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Lead the strategic integration of talent acquisition for newly acquired groups, establishing scalable standards, governance, and service models aligned with enterprise objectives while addressing market-specific needs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
- Set up and monitor enterprise recruiting KPIs to measure hiring effectiveness, service delivery, and business impact.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture.
- Provide strategic leadership for the talent acquisition team, building organizational capability and accountability to meet evolving priorities.
- Lead organizational change and integration efforts across new team members and acquired groups, promoting a unified culture and consistent standards.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and high-volume roles.
- Optimize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and workflows.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships and overseeing recruiting budgets.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Partner with central business office functions to design aligned recruiting support models and strengthen enterprise service delivery.
- Strengthen the organization’s employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Initiate programs that enhance candidate engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams on talent attraction campaigns.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health, and quality of hire.
- Present hiring insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Track time-to-fill and time-to-start across priority roles and business segments.
- Assess quality of hire, including new-hire performance, retention, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, requisition load, and service-level performance across the team.
- Evaluate candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction across enterprise and central office partners.
- Measure source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and critical-role fill rates.
- Support integration success for new groups, including process adoption, speed to stabilization, and hiring continuity.
- Oversee budget performance, agency utilization, and overall cost-per-hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing a talent acquisition function.
- Experience designing and implementing recruiting strategies at scale.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
