Job Description

This full-time, on-site position in North Olmsted, Ohio offers a salary between $40,000 and $45,000 per year, a robust benefits package, and an 8 hour shift. You will directly support City Wide’s independent contractor program by identifying, screening, credentialing, and onboarding contractors for janitorial and non-janitorial roles, while coordinating with the operations team to manage contractor rosters in a compliant and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Recruit enough independent contractors to service janitorial and non-janitorial accounts
Lead all recruiting activities including online postings, email campaigns, direct mail, and social media to maintain a steady flow of contractor candidates
Conduct initial vetting and screening of prospective contractors in person, at career fairs, or remotely
Complete onboarding by collecting, verifying, and filing required documentation using the onboarding checklist for compliance
Enter and maintain contractor records in the CRM
Notify the Operations team of new contractors to ensure timely placement
Perform ongoing audits at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year to keep files up to date and compliant
Coordinate monthly contractor payroll events with the Operations team
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be bilingual
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior recruiting or similar experience is highly desired
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Proficient with using social media to promote and recruit
Relocate to North Olmsted, OH 44070 before starting work
Microsoft Office experience of 1 year or more is required
Location: Onsite in North Olmsted, OH
