$50k - $90k/yr Full time Benefits Administration Coordinator Employee Benefits

Act as an approachable, trustworthy resource for employees across the company
Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing using our payroll software
Maintain precise payroll records and flag discrepancies for resolution
Partner with the HR Manager to address employee concerns and workplace matters
Document and track performance conversations, reviews, and improvement plans
Contribute to recommendations on employee-related decisions
Coordinate with the operations team to deliver the full onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork, system setup, orientation, and first-day logistics
Manage offboarding processes including exit documentation and final pay coordination
Maintain employee files and HR records
Help keep company policies up to date and ensure clear communication
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Participate in audits and reporting as needed

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with payroll software and HR systems is advantageous
Discreet and trustworthy due to handling sensitive information daily
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Collaborative, personable approach with a genuine interest in supporting people
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment

Location: Okeene, OK (onsite)
Salary: USD 50,000 - 90,000 per year
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent hands-on professional experience
